Every flat
Checked and signed off
Berkshire and Oxfordshire service
One head end, dozens of outlets, and no room for guesswork
Communal systems tend to fail quietly - a single tired amplifier or a corroded splitter can leave the top floor struggling while the ground floor looks perfectly fine. Working out why needs proper readings at each outlet, not a walk around with a portable TV.
We design and fit Integrated Reception Systems that combine terrestrial and satellite onto one cable per flat, and we upgrade older MATV systems that were never built to serve the number of flats now connected to them. Every outlet is checked on completion and the readings recorded for the managing agent.
We work with freeholders, managing agents and housing associations across Berkshire, supplying method statements and RAMS as standard, and carrying full public liability cover. Planned maintenance contracts keep systems tested each year so faults turn up before residents start complaining.

Questions
Communal & commercial questions, answered straight
Anything not covered here, call 0118 968 0881 and speak to an engineer — not a scripted call handler.
Do you work directly with managing agents?
Regularly - we supply RAMS, insurance documents and outlet test records as standard practice.
Can residents still get Sky through a communal system?
Yes - an IRS carries satellite alongside terrestrial, so individual dishes aren't needed.
How much disruption does an upgrade cause?
Most work happens at the head end and in the risers. Access to individual flats is usually only needed briefly for testing.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes, with annual testing and priority call-out for blocks under contract.
