Who we are

Cookies we use

This site is made up of static pages. We don't run advertising trackers or remarketing pixels, and we don't build marketing profiles about you.

Your browser may keep a small number of strictly necessary items so pages load and display correctly. None of these identify you.

We do use one third-party analytics tool, Clicky (getclicky.com), on every page. It counts visits and records basic, non-essential information such as the pages viewed, the referring website, rough location from your IP address, and your browser and device type, so we can see which services and towns people are looking for. It sets its own cookies for this. We don't use it for advertising, we don't sell the data, and we can't identify you personally from it.

If you'd rather not be counted, you can block cookies or use your browser's Do Not Track setting, or block static.getclicky.com — the site works exactly the same either way. Clicky's own privacy information is at clicky.com/terms.

Third-party links

Some pages link out to WhatsApp so you can message an engineer directly. Once you follow that link you've left this site, and WhatsApp's own terms cover that conversation.

Fonts and images on this site are served from our own hosting, so simply viewing a page doesn't pass your IP address to a separate font or CDN provider.

Information you give us

When you get in touch we note down what we need to quote and carry out the work: your name, address or postcode, a contact number and what the job or problem is.

That information is used only to book, complete and invoice the job, and to cover you under the workmanship guarantee. We never sell or rent your details on.

We keep job records for as long as they're needed for guarantee, accounting and insurance purposes, then delete them.

CCTV enquiries

For CCTV work we'll discuss camera positions and what each one needs to cover. We never hold or access footage from systems we fit — the recorder and any cloud account are yours alone, and you're the data controller for your own cameras.

We'll always set cameras up so they cover your own property rather than a neighbour's, in keeping with ICO guidance.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not obliged to keep it. Give us a call and we'll sort it.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can raise it with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Managing cookies in your browser

Every current browser lets you view, block or delete cookies through its settings or privacy menu. Blocking the strictly necessary ones may stop parts of the site working properly, but you can always still reach us by phone or WhatsApp.
